Thursday, 24 July

“Kor som helst” (choir for people with dementia) performs at Bugøynes Care Centre at 12:00 and at the community centre at 13:00. Light refreshments will be served.

Lecture by Pia Lane at the community centre at 17:00 about the Norwegianisation period and language shift from Kven to Norwegian, with a focus on Bugøynes. She will also talk about the so-called “Kven Spring” – a cultural and linguistic revitalisation.

The tent opens at 20:00 (18+ age limit)
